Pharmacy Weight Loss Broadstairs is a GPhC-registered online pharmacy (Registration No. 9012511) providing weight management consultations and prescription services to patients in Broadstairs and the wider UK. Our services are available to individuals who are aged 18 or over and are resident in the United Kingdom. You must complete an honest and accurate medical questionnaire before any prescription can be issued. We reserve the right to decline service to anyone who does not meet clinical criteria or who provides inaccurate information.
Weight loss medications will only be prescribed where clinically appropriate. Eligibility is determined solely by our prescribing pharmacist or clinician, and their decision is final.
All prescription medications are issued only following a clinical assessment. A valid prescription must be obtained before any prescription-only medicine (POM) is dispensed. Prescriptions are issued at the professional discretion of our registered clinician and cannot be guaranteed.
Prescriptions issued through our service are valid for the period specified on the prescription. We do not accept prescriptions issued by third parties unless expressly agreed in advance. You must inform us of all current medications, medical conditions, and allergies when completing your consultation.
Full payment is required at the time of ordering. We accept major debit and credit cards. All prices are displayed in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice, but any change will not affect an order already confirmed.
Your payment details are processed securely. We do not store full card details on our systems. In the event that a prescription cannot be issued following clinical review, a full refund will be provided.
Once your consultation has been reviewed and your prescription approved by our pharmacist, your medication will be dispatched within 1 working day. Delivery is to UK addresses only. We use tracked, discreet packaging for all orders.
Whilst we aim to meet all delivery estimates, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers or circumstances outside our control. If your order has not arrived within 5 working days of dispatch, please contact us promptly.
You may cancel your order at any time before your prescription has been clinically approved. Once a prescription has been approved and your medication has been dispensed or dispatched, we are unable to accept cancellations or process returns, in accordance with UK regulations governing prescription medicines.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We will investigate and provide an appropriate remedy, which may include a replacement or refund at our discretion. This does not affect your statutory rights.
